Do you sell the earrings per piece or per pair?
Our earrings are sold by one piece , so you can style your own earparty. This applies for the earrings from the Souvenir, East, Charm, Character & Bliss collections. If you prefer 2 identical earrings, please indicate 2 pieces before you place the earrings in your shopping cart. The earrings of our Parade and Petite collection are sold per pair.
Order & Delivery
How long is the estimated delivery to my country & what are the shipment costs?
Netherlands: 1-2 working days. (Orders placed on a working day before 16:00 (GMT+1) will be shipped the same day.)
Orders above €50,- free shipping
Europe: 1-5 working days (Delivery time depends on your country, but should be between 2 – 5 working days. Orders placed during weekends will be shipped on Monday.)
Orders above €150,- free shipping
Rest of the world: 2-5 working days
I haven’t received my package, what do I do?
If the tracking link states that your order has been delivered, but in fact it hasn't, please contact us at email@example.com . Please state your order number, full name and your tracking number. We will then start an investigation with our shipping carrier and keep you updated during the process. Please be aware that we are required to wait for the outcome of the investigation before we can reship or refund your order. We kindly request your patience.
What’s your return policy and how do I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please mention your order number. Important: the returned items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. If you want to return an order, please fill in the return form, without this return form we can NOT process the return. Place the product in the original packaging with the return form in the package and send it back to us:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, only the shipping costs are for your own account. We will bear these costs if we have delivered the wrong product or the error is otherwise due to our actions.We advise to ship your package with a tracking code, we are not responsible for lost returns.The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. All the Luck in the World shall not reimburse your shipping costs. Items bought in the webshop can also be exchanged or returned at the All the Luck in the World stores in Amsterdam. However money is refunded back via the payment method you used to make the purchase.
When will my money be refunded?
When the returned goods have reached our warehouse, we will refund your order as soon as possible with a maximum of 30 days (normally within 10 days).
I received a damaged or defect product, what do I do?
If you have received a damaged or defect watch, please contact our Customer Care Service firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description and photos of the defect, without this information the complaint will not be processed. If the damage or defect is covered by the warranty, we will replace the order or give your full refund if necessary,
What's you warranty policy and do you repair the jewelry?
ATLITW Studio grants a one (1) month warranty period on its jewelry. The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability. The warranties only apply to products that are bought on our website www.alltheluckintheworld.nl or in our own store(s). For a defect, mail to: email@example.com with your order number, a description and photos of the defect.
The warranties do not apply in case of:
- theft or loss;
- intentional damage;
- damages as a result of improper usage such as scratching, bumping or falling;
- normal wear and tear or aging of the used materials; or
- damages as a result of neglected care.
How can I repair my product myself?
Sometimes the pin of the earring can bend due to the many times it is taken in and out of your ear. You can slightly bend this with a small pair of pincers or the tip of your nail so the pin will click easily back into the notch of the ring.
How can I claim using the warranty?
If you believe the damage or defect is covered by warranty, please contact our Customer Care Service firstname.lastname@example.org including proof of purchase, a description and photos of the problem. Our Customer support team will decide if the problem is covered by warranty and contact you about a rightful solution.
The product is sold out, what do I do?

ATLITW Studio jewelry is always made with care from high quality materials such as 18 karat gold - or silver plated brass, sterling silver, gemstones and zirconia crystals. Because our jewelry is handmade, the pieces vary in shape, size and color. If you take good care of it you can wear it for many years! Here are a few tips and tricks you can use to keep your jewelry looking brand new.
Plating is a method of depositing a layer of gold or silver onto the surface of a base.
Our plated jewelry all have a base of brass and are of high quality. The base is passed through an 18 karat or silver bath, that gives the piece its beautiful colour with a layer of real 18 karat gold or silver. In addition, the pieces also have an extra E-coating that serves as a protective layer, so that the quality is maintained for a long time.
Care: Sweat and water, no thank you. Before exercising or swimming, remove your plated jewelry. Taking the occasional shower shouldn't be a problem, but do so to a limited extent. Also be careful with perfume, make-up and other care products.
Sterling silver is a mixture of pure silver and a small amount of other metals, added to make pure silver more durable and less soft for jewelry making. Most often, sterling silver has a purity of .925, meaning that it contains 92.5% pure silver.
Care: H2O sensitive. Avoid water when wearing your piece, because over time the sterling silver will oxidize. However, the oils in your skin help keep sterling silver from oxidizing faster.
Gemstones & crystals
All of our gemstones and crystals are genuine mineral stones that are highly valued for their beauty, longevity, and rarity. We use a variety of stones and zirconia crystals, specially selected for our different jewelry pieces. crystals and gemstones have been used for thousands of years by ancient civilizations because of their powers. Care: Gemstones are not fans of water or chemicals. Also, prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause certain gemstones to become paler. Also avoid bumping them against objects or dropping them because this may cause them to break or chip.
It is also a good idea to store your jewelry in a jewelry box when you are not wearing them. This way, you can protect your jewelry against harmful external influences. For this you can use the ATLITW Studio jewelry box!
